The Quality Delegation

The Quality delegation's mission is to help businesses (SMB, associations, public entities) through consultancy in order for them to meet the standards and regulatory requirements for Quality label.

These approaches bring generally significant progress, productivity and efficiency.
The experience of EGEE Senior Experts allows to :

• Control requirements of applicable standards for companies and associations, including those who practice personal assistance.

• Control the auditing process required.

• Organize training courses for employees wishing to train in internal audits. At the end of the course a certificate is issued to them.

• Assist entities in preparing their documentation. The documentation is regularly updated to keep up standards.

Our intervention is often requested for actions with social purpose or rehabilitation.

EGEE Senior Experts help other associations in management counseling, internal organizing, obtaining loans, setting bookkeeping.

A growing number of missions is carried out for associations working in the field of people assistance, particularly to meet the applicable standards.
